FT Architects was founded in 2003 by Katsuya Fukushima and Hiroko Tominaga.
At FT Architects, we are interested in things that have contradicting 2-sidedness, such as engineering and aesthetics.
The world we live in is chaotic.
It is intriguing to grasp such world.
In Japanese, understand means "to dismantle the principle".
We carefully dismantle "the world's principle" =stereotype, repair the broken parts and reassemble them.
Through this way of careful thinking, we approach towards a new architecture.
